Opening Hours
The practice is open Monday - Friday 8.00 -1.00 2.00 - 4.00.
Book ahead
We do not provide a reminder service and so you are encouraged to book ahead. A text messaging service (although not guaranteed) will remind you of your booked appointment 48hrs in advance.
Emergencies
We recommend you call the practice at 8am when we open if you need an emergency appointment, where our reception team will do their best to book an emergency appointment. Out of hours appointments are detailed on our answer machine.
Time keeping
We try our best to keep to time, but sometimes delays are unavoidable as emergencies and complications do occur and will obviously require our attention and care. It is this care that we pride ourselves in and therefore appreciate our patients patience. We will try and keep you informed of our wait times and invite you to always ask at reception for updates or if you need to make alternative plans.
Missed Appointments
Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged for. Missed appointments could have been emergency appointments for others. Missed Hygienist appointments carry a standard appointment fee charge.
